SNAP Cymru

Gwynedd and Anglesey young people and their families can access the ALN Information and Support Service. This service is provided by SNAP Cymru and provides independent information, advice and support for young people who have (or who may have) additional learning needs. This includes resolving disagreements and ALN advocacy for children and young people.
